These general terms apply to photography services provided by Zomiro AB (“the Photographer”) to the client (“the Client”). By booking a session, the Client accepts these terms. The terms follow industry practice and the recommendations of the Swedish Association of Professional Photographers.

1. Booking and confirmation
A booking enquiry via the website is not binding. A contract is formed only when the Photographer has confirmed date, scope and price in writing (by email). For weddings and larger assignments a written booking confirmation with the day's schedule is always drawn up.

2. Prices and payment
All prices include Swedish VAT, except Events & business where prices are quoted excluding VAT. Payment is by invoice, 20 days net, unless otherwise agreed — no advance payments. Travel costs outside the Stockholm area may apply and are always stated in advance. Late payments incur reminder fees and interest under the Swedish Interest Act.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancellation at least 30 days before the session: free of charge.
- Cancellation 14–29 days before: 25% of the agreed price is charged.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before: 50% of the agreed price is charged.
- For weddings, the specific terms in the booking confirmation apply, as the date has been reserved far in advance and other enquiries declined.
Rescheduling due to illness or unsuitable weather (for outdoor sessions) is always free of charge, subject to available dates. The Photographer recommends rescheduling rather than cancelling — we always find a solution.

4. Client preparations
The Client is responsible for any permits required for the chosen location (e.g. private land or venues) and for informing the Photographer of important people and moments in advance. For weddings, appointing a contact person who can point out key people is recommended.

5. Delivery and archiving
Edited photos are delivered digitally in high resolution via a private gallery in the client portal, normally within 2–4 weeks (weddings up to 4 weeks, events within 5 working days, express delivery by agreement). Delivery links have a limited validity period — the Client is responsible for downloading and backing up their photos, but can request a free extension at any time via the client portal. The Photographer archives original files for 5 years from delivery; thereafter they may be deleted without notice.

6. Photo selection and editing
The Photographer selects the photos to be delivered and is responsible for the artistic judgement in the editing — this is part of the service and the style the Client has booked. Raw files (unedited originals) are not delivered. Additional editing beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.

7. Copyright and usage rights
The Photographer holds the copyright to all images under the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729). The Client receives an unlimited usage right for personal use — prints, albums, sharing with family and friends and personal social media accounts. Commercial use (marketing, resale, press) requires a separate written licence. Images may not be re-edited, filtered or cropped in ways that materially change their character without the Photographer's approval.

8. Publication and consent
The Photographer never publishes the Client's photos in portfolio, blog, social media or marketing without explicit written consent. Consent is voluntary, may be limited to certain photos or channels, and may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. For boudoir photography, full confidentiality is always the default.

9. Right of withdrawal
For distance bookings, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). The right of withdrawal lapses if the session has commenced or been completed with the Client's consent within the withdrawal period.

10. Liability and safety
The Photographer works with professional equipment and redundancy: dual camera bodies, dual memory cards in camera and backups immediately after the assignment. Should images nevertheless be lost due to technical failure, the Photographer's liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid, or a free reshoot where possible. The Photographer is not liable for indirect damages or consequential costs.

11. Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the parties' control (illness, accident, natural events, government decisions etc.) preventing the session, the parties shall primarily move the assignment to a new date. In case of acute illness at a wedding, the Photographer will make every effort to arrange an equivalent replacement — though without guarantee. Amounts already paid for services not rendered are refunded.

13. Disputes
Any dispute shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. The Client may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Otherwise, Swedish law and general courts apply.
